Budget Inn

It's a budget motel, so don't expect a nice exterior or new furniture. Overall though, a diamond in the rough. The price is much less than the nearby hotels, and there were zero hidden fees or surprises. $80 for a two bed room with a small kitchen. The rooms are clean and spacious, although the decor is distinctly old. The innkeeper is a pleasant guy, even let us look at the rooms before checking in. The internet is okay at ~20 Mbps. Tldr: Clean, good price, no nonsense, but no money spent on looks. They even have 2 ply.

Stayed at this little roadside motel. It was cozy the place smelled not bad. Not good but it definitely carried the waft of regrets, arguments and depression. That said, the owner is fantastic and whatever he made for dinner smelled delicious and I did not ask him for food. But I definitely wanted to ask him for leftovers or for whatever it was. They were eating. Anyway, it's a good place if you're looking to sleep while traveling on through.

Really clean and comfortable room with awesome movie channels. The owner was very courteous in showing us our room and turning on the amenities for us. There was a pungent soap smell in the room, so we left the door ajar. The owner mind his own business maintaining the grounds which assured us surveillance of the area. All in all, my favorite part of the hotel was the shower: nice and clean. I will visit again.

The room was very no frills, but well kept. Fridge was quiet and had a built in freezer. Bed was comfortable. Location was very quiet at night. It wasn’t fancy but it was serviceable. The best part by far though? The staff. The man who worked there was so kind and thoughtful, helped me find my room and parking, accommodated my later in the evening check in, and overall made the experience quite good. Don’t go in expecting the Ritz Carlton, but instead expect a serviceable room and good customer service. Will stay here again!

THE BEST motel experience you will ever have. Modern rooms, clean everything. Amazing hospitality. The owner is attentive and accommodating. Would re book here. This is the holiday inn express for half the price

Yes, this is a “budget” inn. So, don’t expect it to be the Hilton. That said, for the price, it’s great!! The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. It’s located a short walk from the historic district. And the owners are very friendly. One owner even scraped the ice off our car! We’d definitely stay here again!

I was driving from Washington to Central Valley. This was the third roadside hotel I overnighted in in 3 nights. And hands down, it was the best. First and foremost is was QUIET. Best, it had a coffee maker - the last two places FAILED here. And they had a full size fridge with FREEZER. And an honest to God porcelain bathtub. The reception was nice, friendly, and fast. It was clean and fresh. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is not beautiful. But EXTEMELY comfortable and PRACTICAL. Thank you!

I liked this place. Easy check in. Parked right outside the room. Quiet. Felt like a new mattress. Firm. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The place is clean.
